Do you need a breast lift if your breasts have some droop?

Not always....you will get some filling of the upper flat part of your breasts with just an augmentation (breast enlargement).

All the women below have some droop. The first group chose to have only augmentation (breast enlargement). The second group chose to have a lift (mastopexy) or a lift and augmentation (breast enlargement).

	Breast Lift and Implants Patient 7: Moderate to severe droop plus nipples and areola too large 59 year old female; 5'3", 100 lbs.; Breast Lift with implants. Pregnant three times. 350CC implants; 32B to 34C.
	Breast Lift Patient 8: Severe Droop and Areola too Large 30 year old female; 5'8", 130 lbs.; Breast Lift. Pregnant twice; not breast fed. 38DD preop; 34DD postop. (also had areolae reduced to more youthful size).
