Patient Care Coordinator
Janice has worked with Dr. Roberts as his surgical RN for the past several years. Her training and expertise in the plastic surgery field include preoperative, recovery, and postoperative care. Over the past several years she has moved into patient care coordinating serving as Dr. Roberts’ patient liaison for his vast patient base of from all over the world. Janice coordinates all aspects of each patient from initial contact or email through the recovery process. She is able to answer all questions and guide each patient through the plastic surgery process. She has had extensive experience in plastic surgery --both surgical and nonsurgical and has learned under the careful tutelage of Dr. Roberts about harmony and balance.
More recently Dr. Roberts had Janis trained on all aspects of nonsurgical aesthetics. Many patients request Janice because of her reputation for listening to her patient’s concerns and desires, and works to help achieve them non surgically with the vast array of products available including BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse. Surgery Scheduling
Deb has worked with Dr. Roberts for the past 3 years as his surgery scheduler and patient financial advisor. Deb coordinates all aspects of surgery and appointment scheduling and provides patients with information about the various options available for payment and financing plastic surgery.
Nancy, RN
Nurse Supervisor, OR Manager
Nancy has worked with Dr. Roberts since 1995 as his nursing staff and surgery center manager. She assumes all oversight of the surgery center accreditation and the coordination of staff.
